Recommend a Sweetwater Sales Engineer?

I've always dealt with Greg.
But I've never bought a bass from them, just other things like wireless, PA speakers, etc. He's always been knowledgeable.

Ryan is my go-to guy at Sweetwater. Very helpful, knowledgable, checks in on me from time to time, never pushy.
Ryan's been my guy too. He's very top notch.
I call when my guy isn't there and I get better deals.
Sales Engineer? Good Grief. Do you have to study Calculus these days to sell music gear?
I worked for 30+ years as a computer engineer. I have a part-time retirement job parking cars at a hospital. I guess now I'm a Vehicle Relocation Engineer.

I've always worked with Charlie Davis...totally solid and I've gotten good service as well as good deals. Even allowed a return for a defective electronic unit after the return period so I didn't have to resort to filing a warranty claim with the maker.

And for me as well. And he's a bass player. Played and recorded with Wonderboy back in the day. He's a good guy and has always been very helpful and efficient. Highly recommended.

here is a concept for the op. Do your research and ask questions here. Then goto sweetie and get the best price as possible. Then go on reverb and find 10 other stores who have your item. Email them or call them direct and get a lower price for buying direct and ask if they charge tax to your state. They all provide the same service and return policy and most actually check and do a setup. I promise you will be getting a lower price and be happier.

I’ve never needed the services of any person, but the things I’ve bought aren’t expensive. I don’t need to chat with a sales guy to order a set of strings or a cable. I actually actively avoid talking to sales people. I like going to the website and clicking “buy now” lol
I don't remember who I've talked to at Sweetwater. I'm not even sure if it's always the same guy. I didn't even know you could pick one of them.
