Recommend me a fuzz.

I've always dug how brassmaster circuits sound with filters, to further elaborate. That's actually how a lot of us become fuzz junkies. Different fuzzes react in very individual ways with other effects. I love Brassmasters with envelope filters, however, Muff, Superfuzz, and Tonebender style fuzzes are much better with standard Wahs. I find the brassmasters too extreme for a standard wah's sweep.

Sorry for the nerd derail.

+1 on the Brassmaster circuits for what you're asking for. Bogdan and Fuzzrocious each make a clone for much cheaper and arguably same quality sound. But if you want to go for any available on ebay, any of these will suffice:

B:assmaster
Prescription Electronics Depth Charge
Iron Ether Oxide
Black Cat Bass Octave Fuzz

We don't make one, but I wholly back IE and Malekko!
