Recording bass tracks next week. Amp DI enough?

Hi there-
I will be recording next week on an album for a friend.
I’m wondering if the DI’s in my amps are good enough to use rather than an external DI box.
I will also be mic’ing a cab as well for a blend.
The amp I have to choose from are all Mesa Boogie; M3 Carbine, Walkabout and a Big Block.
The cab is an Epifani UL 310
Thank you.

Probably depends on the engineer. If the amp's DI is noisy then the engineer will prefer to use the in-house DI.
I brought an amp to the last recording session for a singer/songwriter and he wanted me to go through his setup, which was through a Sansamp GED 2112 then into the console.
I was a little bummed that he didn't want use DI from the amp but, in the end, the bass tracks came out fine.
