so- turns out a friend of mine has a few didgeridoos- which id like to record- but i have a couple questions.
im recording on an m-audio fw1814 into pro tools m-powered. thus far i have been recording direct- but i need to get a couple mics- and was thinking an sm58 plus one other mic would be a good start. and- so far- that one other mic needs to be good with a didgeridoo- and if it could do a great job of mic'ing my bass cab- thatd be great (eden 410xlt).
i would imagine a didgeridoo moves a lot of air- so mic techniques or any general advice would be most appreciated- as i dont have a whole lot of mic experience.
thanks.
