I have pondered for some time of getting me a cheap Halley Benton fretless bass, you can do some quite unique stuff that you just can't do on a fretted instrument, and that there is a beautiful example of that.

I'd kind of wish there were more short scale fretless basses on the market.

Why don't we hear more about Remco? Is it just too difficult to play so we watch a video, nod and move on? Maybe you need ten inch fingers to move around the fretboard like he does? Maybe it's because he's in Europe and we don't see him other than YouTube. Whatever it is, I like his stuff.
