Removing MarkBass Logo

I absolutely LOVE my Markbass combo amp and cabs but I absolutely HATE the big yellow logo on the screens. These don't come off the metal screen (I've tried) so does anyone know where I can buy replacement screens and just replace the who front?

I was able to remove the one on my New York cab. Had to pull the grill off and give it 2-3 treatments of goo gone to get the adhesive off, but it came off fairly easily.

I just took mine off. It looked like heavy duty double sided tape. I unscrewed the metal grill and poked at it from the inside. (I think I used a stainless steel straw.) it all took about 5 minutes, no residue, Easy Peasey!

I just ordered (and received) a 2x10 cab. I almost didn't buy it because of the obnoxious yellow cones and logo. I liked the specs though. Hopefully it works out.

If you don’t mind their logo, but dislike the yellow - find some black masking tape or gaffers tape, and put it over the logo. You can even cut the tape in a shape to match the logo with a razor blade knife. Or you could paint the logo black, but that would be permanent.

Print this and tape it over the logo.

You can remove the logo but nothing is going to make those yellow cones disappear. I felt the same way about the Peavey logo and those silver aluminum stripes on the grille frame of Peavey's gear back in the day. Just plain Ugly. Those were always the first things to come off when I got the cabs home.

Like tort on a P with flats, your tone will never sit in the mix right without the MB logo

You can try fishing line. Run it back and forth between the grill and logo. It should cut through the tape or adhesive. I’ve used this technique successfully to remove logos from motorcycle gas tanks. Clean remaining residue with Goo Gone.

Sounds like a job for a 6-inch plastic razor blade. The link below sells them as refills for a tool that holds them. However, the holder tool might make the blades too thick to work behind the plastic logo. You might have to try it without. Just remember: don't pull on the sharpened edge... these may be plastic, but they're no joke.

I honestly like the yellow and black look. I'm more concerned about the drivers because they used to be loaded with really good B&C drivers. I guess they were too expensive?
