Removing Scratches

Hey guys, I have a bass that has some scratches on the body. They seem to be only in the paint level and not deep down to the wood. Anyone know how I could permanently remove these without dulling, discoloring/altering, or removing the paint/finish? Below is a picture of the scratches I am referencing to. Thanks!

A local violin builder turned me onto Novus 1, 2, and 3. I've used them on different things. You could research them online. They don't remove scratches but they make them less noticable. You use the three in order because one has an abrasive, the next is less abrasive, and the last one is polish. Good Luck!
