replace MK1 with M4 Ibanez 500

How difficult is the replacing of pick ups. I haven't taken them out or unscrewed them yet but wanted to know if this is somthing difficult or faily simple. Just wondering what to expect or should I leave this to someone that will charge me 80 bucks. Tools required and such would be helpful. Thanks for the in put.

Fairly simple:
1) unscrew
2) unsolder
3) resolder
4) replace

Tools required:
Phillips screwdriver, solder gun, solder. About it.

And appropriate skills using the solder gun and the screwdriver
