Double Bass Replacement speaker for Fender Amp for my EUB?

Hello, I play a Clevinger Upright Bass in a Jazz band and occasional pit orchestras for local theater groups. My rehearsal/home amp is a Fender Bassman 100 combo amp which I sometimes need to use for pit work. It is about 10 years old. (This is the small 25 lb amp. Great sound!) My speaker is worn out and I need to replace it. It currently has the Eminence 4 ohm Pro speaker. My Clevinger has an acoustic sound and feel. Are there other and better speakers out there that I should consider? Thank you.
