Replacement Tuners

Has anyone ever replaced the tuners on a Schecter Stiletto Studio-5? If yes, did the mounting holes need to be resized? If known, what mounting hole size is used for the stock tuners?
I have a problem with the bass needing to be re-tuned after playing for half an hour or so. The strings actually go sharp. If the strings were stretching, then I would expect them to go flat.

Sounds like you have string binding issues at the nut, tune up and they bind and slowly move through the nut as you play and catch up with the tension applied via the peg. Your nut slots may require a bit of widening for the stings you have installed.

The other variable for going sharp is temperature variance where you are playing.

Tuners rarely are the cause of such issues, even the Squier Affinity tuners will hold the tuning (unless they are completely broken), they are just not as smooth and easy to get into tune. As above any possible mechanical tuner slippage would cause the string to go flat not sharp.
