Shwmae butty! You might remember the Double Diamond then? Not sure what happened to that but I can vouch the castle is still there - or at least it was when I took some long lost Aussie cousins there last summer. Caerphilly triva question; the intergalactically famous cafe opposite the castle is called......?To me learning what you can about the "techy stuff" is as important as learning how to set up your instrument. The knowledge will save you thousands during the length of your career. You don't have to become an EE but being knowledgeable about how your gear works is a very good thing.
Left Caerphilly for here in 1973.
I don't know what 15 to put in something that small.
The standard Kappa 15 models as well as anything non-Neo. AFAIK the original driver is a Sica with very high Qts that couldn't be anything other than a boomy one-note wonder.

I saw the specs on one that someone measured, the Qts was well over 1.0. I couldn't believe anyone using it. I'd peg the OEM price at fifteen bucks, so that might explain it.Must be the same driver as in a guy I know's electric blue 180 combo. "boomy one-note wonder" describes it to a T. The amp sounded good routed to other cabs but that thing was boom to the point you could lose your sense of pitch sometimes.![]()
