Rickenbacker 4001 copies

Just found this thread and thought I may have some more luck here.

I've found what I think is a Hondo copy but am wondering whether for £200 it's worth paying. I've just seen someone paid £25 ten years ago.

I play a Rick 4001 copy made in Japan which I bought new in 1978. It has the name "Diamond" on a Rick shaped nameplate, is finished in Fireglo, and I've always been happy with the sound I get. I have it on Fender smoothwounds. It cost me 650 Deutschmarks back then.

There is a pretty good lookin Rickenbacker copy for sale from a website in Ireland.
