Used this at an outdoor festival last month and it damn near blew my head off with massive fat punchy tone:

At my bands show tonight, assuming we can fit it all in our van, I'll be running..

Sunn Concert Bass (200w)
Sunn Concert Slave (200w)
Earth Sound Research Producer (220w)

Into...

4x10
4x12
1x18
2x15
2x15

If we have room, I'll be setting up the two 2x15's to the left on their sides, and stacked on one another, in the middle will be the 4x12 with all three amps stacked on top, and on the right will be the 1x18/4x10 stack. I've never run this setup before. Always wanted to though.

Unfortunately, due to a possible small claims court battle, I'll be losing one of the 2x15's soon, which is why I'm planning on running this larger setup tonight. Should be interesting. ;) Like I said, we're not even sure if this will all fit in the van, if it does though, I'll try to get a picture or two of it.

Did it all fit? I'd love to see how it looks with the other 215 set up.

I hope it fit.

lol

I always thought that EDEN stuff was pretty. As far as hot dancing chicks, I think the BLONDE standing next to her (too the left) at the stage was HOTTER, POOF / SIZZLE. I always wonder why, people get really goofy when somebody pulls a camera out? The guy on the right is total proof. BOB

though its much less "doomy" than everything else on this page ... this is the beastliest set-up i've ever had:

i spray painted the grille of the yorkville black to match the rest of it ... looks much cooler now.

I'm GASin' real bad for a Monoblock head...not very expensive. I saw Rotting Christ a couple weeks ago and their bassist was using that head and two Carvin BRX 4x10 cabs. Sounded SO tasty!! :bassist:

Just got done doing some rearranging. Horrible pic, it was pretty dark in this corner for my cheap camera. 400+, 400PS, Red Bear 120. There's a 4X10, a 2X10 + 2X15, 4X15, 2 2X12s, and a 6X12 here.

Slightly better pic of the 400PS part of the wall.

C'mon everyone knows you can't mix 'n' match amps and cabs like that they cancel each other out! :hiding:

I'm sure the scientists here could show me some numbers proving that these cabs sound horrible, but I think I'll go with my ears and say they sound great. Not a lot of bass though. One of my speakers gave up the ghost so I got 4 new Fender 15s for it. Doesn't break up like it did, but it's still quite loud and omnipresent. I slightly prefer it to the Acoustic 408 4X15, though that's a nice beast too.

Pretty nice run with the 2 Bag End subs underneath it. Doesn't need to be loud to be huge.

I looked at the CL ad..I paid $450 for mine, in nicer shape but newer. I prefer the look of the grille on the CL one. One thing that bothered me was probably just a pet peeve... if an item needs something insignificant, cheap and easy to repair, why does the seller not do this himself before selling it? That always strikes me as a way of saying "it's completely broken, but I want you to buy it so I'll pretend it's something minor," even when it's just a lazy seller.
