i picked up the Carvin rig recently super cheap....and i had been using it as a practice rig (got tired of transporting my rig back and forth to our studio space and the house)....but as of late my guitard has been complaining about not being able to hear me on stage so i started setting up the cravin rig next to his stack behind him and the other rig behind me...(so stereo on each side of the stage the soundguys hate me)

cabs on the left were built by me....the 4x10 is sealed......the 15 is rear ported

the 2x10 and 4x10 get run dirty...

and the 2 15's get run clean...

I had the older style Yorkville 800 watt version of that head and it was a solid performer. Good choice with the Traynor. I'd still have my 800 except that I really like the Genz Benz tone so I sold the 800 after I got my GBE1200.

That's not a bad choice at all. I only intend on getting rid of this when I upgrade my rig (again). I intend on getting an Ampeg SVP-CL, Ampeg SVP-1600, and another 810. This will be a while down the road because I have my next rig in mind already.

I intend on getting a rack unit to run into two Accugroove cabinets or Bergantino cabinets. I will probably end up with Accugroove as I am playing in a band where I use a 6-string strung F#BEADG. The Whappo Grande mixed with an El Whappo will probably do wonderous things for me.

I'd like to see anyone top this one.. pics will follow soon.
2 Yahama CW218V woofers (2x18 PA cabs, 2400 watt peak power handling)
2 Yamaha CM12V speakers (1x12 PA cabs, with horn.)

2 QSC CX1202V Power amps. Bridged mono mode. 2200 watts at 4 ohms. one to the CW218Vs and 1 to the CM12Vs (12" speakers)
1 QSC power amp.. don't know what model. drives a monitor. not as powerful.
1 Behringer power amp.. again not sure of the model.. backup.
stereo 31 band EQ
rackmount compressor, aural enhancer, tuner and other gadgets.
behringer 24 channel mix desk

Ok, well my rig might not be exactly as physically large as most of the ones in here, but I bet it sounds as massive. Anyway, here she is:

(SVT-VR through Berg NV412)

Also, sometimes I use a stereo->dual-mono cable and play the neck pickup through the above rig and the bridge pickup through this:

(Triple Rec through Basson B412)

I guess both those together counts as a Rig of Doom.

New Fender Bassman 2x10 Combo.
(XMAS gift from the wife this year!)

Ampeg SVT3 Head - with (2) 1x15 cabs

Signal from Wireless into pedalboard with tuner/chorus/overdrive

1 output went to ampeg rig, 1 went to fender.

Fender was DI'd, Ampeg was Mic'd.

Line6/Crown Pwr amp as a backup.

Behringer 300 head as a Backup Backup.

Alarm Clock to keep track of time for when 2010 approached.
