Just heard this too. It seems like a lot of very funny people struggle with depression. Maybe that is how we cope. Sad news. He was not always my favorite but sometimes he was brilliant and side splitting funny.
Wow. I don't even know what to say. Though I believe he struggled with drugs and alcohol throughout his life off and on and of course, sometimes the people who seem the happiest are the most troubled.
Man, I always loved this guy. He always seemed to be a sincere, and decent person. He had the kind of talent most people can only dream about. Very gifted, and he will be very sorely missed.
I don't often get too busted up about celebrities, but this kind of hit me.
