-Ritter Owners Club-

I'm glad to know that, as a music student who works at Starbucks, I'll never be able to join this club :P

Seriously, though, Jens is very talented guy and I really, really want one... :(

I think you find that the average age that a Ritter Owner get's his bass is a little bit more than 19. At 19 I was still playing a $250 Aria.

You've got plenty of time to work hard and buy a Ritter.

I got my first Ritter at 38.

Right - I'm most likely considered very young to get my two Ritters at the age of 29... just hit 31 around a week back... :)

It just takes years to save up for a Ritter, no matter how you set your priorities. My bank loan will be paid off this year...! :D

u didn't know there is a Ritter owners Thread :)

I have 2 Ritter Basses, one made for me, the " Tear of a Gargoyle Bass

and the Ritter Zephyr Bass out of the Ritter Royal Edition, but i sell this bass, 'cause i don't use it anymore, but still the best Fretless i've ever played

and i got my ritters also in early years. Now iam 28 and i ordered it with 26. I also love Basslab Basses and own 3 of them, is there also a owner club of them?

cheers

Wow, that's a nice bass...! Interesting shape, and really cool graphics on it... and great LED lamp posts !! :D

What's the serial of your bass? And by the way, did you already sell the Zephyr? That's a very cool bass as well...!

So, Rapton, Oktor *lol* Number 827 and Zephyr 534

The shape is cool. I took a look at both, the Raptor and the Okon, and directly saw that those horns would look interessting together, thanks to Jens we had no Problems with that, so that is my favorite Ritter shape :) But all the other look also pretty awesome :)

The inlay and LED's really made problems 'till today, 'cause the Neck has lost stability, we have to find out a way to fix Problems because oft that. I'll see in June, also the bass has a ultra thick finish for a very compressed sound, i couldn't imagine that would sound so amazing in the End.

Oh, and Zephyr has it's own side here for selling, but that is off topic so i leave it with that ;)

Hey Brian,

Doesn't that call for an updated Ritter family pic as well...? :)

And BTW, is it Cameronb000's Roya 306 you have for sale in used section at Thelowend.net now?

Yes it is Camerons Ritter. I will try and get a Family pic. I wish I could keep the rapture tramp stamp for my self, its amazing.

I just drooled myself to death looking at that Tramp Stamp, I had no idea Jens had made something like that...!

It looks amazing, and I'm sure it would be great fun to play...! Do you know what distortion is built into it? Just something Jens had made himself? Distortion and whammy is a great mix :D

I never considered a Raptor for my next Ritter, but now I am... :ninja:

So, any luck getting some info on the distortion unit...? :)

Nothing yet :hmm:

Quote Jens "...I'm super sorry for the silence, but I have to finish instruments for the upcoming show in Montreal. Will talk to you soon..."

I don't want to bother Jens too much since he's very busy. There are some urgent matters we need to discuss, but I'll wait until he contacts me himself. I won't forget to ask about the distortion unit ;)

Yeah, I know that kind of messages - can't blame him, because he just gets so much e-mail and he can't sit replying to those all day instead of building basses. But sometimes it is hard to get through to him, because if he doesn't see your e-mail immediately, there's a good chance he'll never get around to answering it.

I try not to bother him too much as well, but I also have to talk to him when he has time. Last time he said we could talk in March... hmm... :p
