Same. I've also been tempted to build my own version but I don't have the space or need for a third P.

It's Warmoth wood (with a bit of re-working of the headstock), my finishing (starting out as roasted Swamp ask, the color is 90 percent original, with a tweak from some subtle stain to get it "there"), and a bit of creative circuitry.

Thwe body shape looks quite P...is it that( maybe it just looks 'quite' P to me because of the pickups, grain etc...?)?

I might try and roast mine, what temp, and how many minutes per kg? Or do you stick a temp probe up its clacker, pull it out when it reaches temp, then let it rest. (How long?) Only then should you carve it. By then, hopefully, it is tender and juicy.
