I can't help with the transcription, but I do have some friendly advice...

Spend a few minutes learning about the forum before you post. There's a whole sub-forum for tab that'll be much more productive than posting a tab request in the "Basses" sub forum. And also a lot less exposure there to flaming for using tab...
