Yup..Fender seems to have no problem tossing all of their unique models...Roscoe Beck IV and V, 24 fret Jazz, Stu Hamm Urge II...etc.

The B string doesn't need it, and in fact, I think it would be harmful putting one there since it would be too close to the nut. You're looking for the right break angle across the nut, not too much and not too little. The problem statement on the RBV is that the E string break angle is too low because of the placement of the tuner. If anything this placement is slightly aggressive on the E and A, but this is what would fit on the headstock. I press down on the strings past the nut to help them make the bend.
The parts are hipshots, pretty sure I got them from stew-mac.

I have 1/2 rounds on both of mine. The give me the tone I was after.
