After the refinish of my RB IV I have to adjust my pickups. To have an idea where to start, what is the spacing on your RB IV's between strings and pickup (neck and bridge; e and g string side)?

3mm on the E side, 2mm on the G side, both pickups, string fretted at the very last fret.

After seeing Munji's RB with tort I went and got one for mine:

Wow! I think that is the only maple boarded RB I have ever seen.

This is my RBV. It used to be Lomo's. This is a heck of a bass. I still cannot believe how much it out performed my old 2008 Fender Jazz V.

Very nice looking bass, Dr C. The Roscoe Beck basses are incredibly versatile.
There's a few maple necked RB IVs in this forum. Here's my '03 again. Still has the plastic on the PG. Guess I have a soft touch.

Wow the RB members have gone all mapletastic recently, they all look fabulous too, loving the metal p/g slap2much. I've got a hankering for a V when I've got the funds, maybe Fender will have extracted the digit from their proverbial by then and will have rereleased the RBV hopefully with a choice of necks. Mmm burst & maple with black p/g

There have been rumors that Fender will show the new RB V on Summer NAMM. But as far as I know Fender is not on the NAMM. Right?
