And for the record Roscoeheads, conttador owns the very first Roscoe that I owned. I purchased it in 1996 from Atlanta Discount Music.

He told me that it was one of my former Roscoe's and that had purchased it from Jason. So I had to ask him which Jason because I sold Roscoe's to 2 or 3 different Jason's!

But I'm much better now.
Especially since Shane took over for me!

I have not owned a Roscoe that was owned by Joe or Shane (Shane did have a Roscoe that was owned by me though, but not directly from me)… although I know Joe laid hands on the Red Debbil many years ago, it’s almost recovered

I had to edit my post- typing on my phone and I put “Hoe” instead of “Joe”- freudian slip

I too had a fretless Zon that I got from Joe, but I also had a Roscoe LG that he once owned.

I never purchased a Roscoe that was owned by Joe, but I did purchase a Roscoe in a deal facilitated by him, and it was a deal that likely would not have happened without his involvement. Thanks, Joe! I think of you and a few of the previous owners every time I look at or play that bass.

I am not as fickle as I once was and am completely satisfied with my three Roscoe basses. I was tempted by the one Jimmy is selling but have managed to resist. Just in case someone is looking for a killer SKB 5:
