I'm not surprised that you love you Cirrus, what with a name like "MeridianJoe" (since Peavey's based out of Meridian Mississippi)!I've got a good friend that's been with Peavey for close to 40 years. Hartley sounds like a great guy to work for.
I've played some really nice playing and sounding Cirrus basses but I can't really say that I've ever played a Cirrus that's any where as nice as my Roscoe's but it's such a subjective thing ......... Glad that you really like the Roscoe.

Yeah, they did great repairing my Roscoe. It took a loooooong time (months) but I guess they are pretty busy.
Yes, I lived in Meridian (the home of Peavey) for several years and made friends with Peavey folks all the way from entry level to engineers. I love the instruments that were made in Meridian but unfortunately they have shipped all manufacturing to asia. Peavey has some strange HR practices but they sure keep the local economy going.
