Man Steve! You guys are getting some really good gigs these days.

I went to a fish fry at my wife's uncle, who lives on a lake, and entertained a flock of gnats (on the patio). They must have enjoyed it because they definitely hung around the entire cook out!:)

Yeah, they aren’t all like the last couple but we’ll take ‘em. This was the biggest/best crowd we’ve had. It was fun.

Is there a way to tell if the pickups are “Roscoe barts” without removing them?

For a while the Bart CB's had 4 mounting screws verses 3 for Roscoe Barts. But I'd don't believe that's the case any more.
Just remove the access cover on the rear and see if the wires from the pick ups are 2 wire with gnd (CB's) or 4 wire with gnd (Roscoe Bart Quad Coil).

Thanks- that's what I was thinking too.

I did a Google on your headliner and apparently he was a fairly big act 8-10 years ago.
How did his band sound?
Blackhawk was pretty big 90’s country act. The band sounded good. They did a good show. Not a lot of chatter, just played hits. I forgot about a few of them.

The two other bass players used Fender P’s of course. Sounded good. I needed a B string for this gig so it was the usual Roscoe for me. I did have a few people talk to me after the gig and said they liked my playing so that was nice.
