Roscoe Club

Knobs are in and they look great. Kia on top of Wenge with a thin layer of maple. Matches the layers in the body and the fingerboard is Wenge.

I wanted knobs that blended well and didn't detract from the bass itself. So no white indicator lines or glow in the dark inlays, or anything that would stand out. Roger at THGknobs put dimples in as indicators which is more subtle.

I'm pleased.

Pretty sweet- you guys should start a fancy knob club :D

Got Devin Cline making me a set like these to match body woods in my Koa Roscoe. Love the looks of wood but they also save about 6-8 ounces off the weight of the metal knobs Keith uses.

The sad part of this is that it’s not due to arrive until Monday!! :meh:
It’s going to be a long weekend!!

But Ray! You’re retired. You should have left this morning and made the drive to Roscoe world and picked that bad boy up. You’d have been back this evening and be playing that Roscoe right now!:bassist::bassist::bassist:

Don’t laugh at that!! He doesn’t need encouragement. Besides, we retirees hate driving long distances without a two-day layover and multiple stops along the way!! :)

Greensboro is a cool town. Just sayin'...

Maybe we need to storm Keith's shop for a GTG!
