This is my buddy, Nubi. He’s a yard dog and doesn’t live within a fenced area. His running partner, a female Lab/Collie/Chow mix, died last year. I’m looking for another Collie to replace her and give Nubi another running partner.
She's my little velcro dog . . an English Pointer with Elhew lineage.
She's the running replacement for my former best bud, the chocolate-headed German Shorthair Pointer on the right. He was the littermate to his sister on the left (rescue dogs). As soon as we lost him, she gave up, even stopped tracking birds. Got the new dog about a year ago, and our bird dog home is restored to blissful chaos.
Definitely treat Nubi to a new partner. You'll both be very happy. Name the new dog "Roscoe" (just my feeble attempt to stay on topic).

Well, my prized Century 5 is on the way to the homeland for some lovin. Hope it gets there and back ok.
Great looking dogs, too!!!! And Roscoe is a fitting name!! Nubi likes to hear me play my Roscoe basses (so that we stay in the realm to this thread, even though the OP only owns 1 at this point, but I digress!).
Nubi's attitude did change and he looks for her all the time in her favorite sleeping spots! My wife has been on me to get another dog for him and I am looking, but I don't want just some sooner.

Keith posted in FB that the shop personnel were practicing virus safety precautions, but they are still a nonessential business and could be asked to shut their doors for safety reasons.

I emailed them yesterday before I sent my bass as I was a bit hesitant. As of then he said FedEx was delivering and they were working so go ahead and send my bass. I hope if something happens that my bass sits at the shop instead of a FedEx truck or warehouse. Fingers crossed.
The shipping part is always the most nerve racking part about buying, selling or getting things adjusted where you have to ship it.
Tracking shows they'll get it Thursday, my bday. Nice present if it at least gets there before something happens so it can be signed for and held safe.
You may want to request that Keith doesn't ship it back to you until Monday, so that it won't sit in the courier's warehouse/outside truck over the weekend.
A small family business like this one shouldn't be affected too much- drive to work, see same 4 people, and drive home.
My office in New Bern (all 7 of us) are all working from home this week- mainly because of pressure for the distancing thing (which isn't wrong). But we also wanted to test out our remote technology and see if it can support virtual meetings and collaboration and everything we need it to- with the goal of reducing our office spaces further and develop a much more remote posture.
Coming through this I think there will be a lot of businesses that discover that they can work remotely far more than they have in the past.
I'll see what he thinks after he gets and finishes with it. I'm guessing that FedEx/UPS will keep going as people need stuff.

Interesting Roscoe fact of the day: there are no used Roscoes at GC at the moment (I think). This might be the first time I've ever noticed that since I started playing them.
All the used inventory is way down. There is usually 30 or so 5 string Warwicks and now there are 8. I suspect most of the closed stores just pulled their listings because they can't ship them.
About a month ago GC had a really nice LG3005 for 1600 or so. I would have jumped on it except it was nearly identical to the one I own now.
