Wow that’s hard. I would have to say the SKB Custom 3005 JJ if I had to pick one. That bass was perfect. The RMLE and the fretless 6 would be runners up. Man they all sounded amazing. What’s wrong with me LOL.

She’s still beautiful and a wonderful bass...my main player for a couple years at church but no longer getting much use now as GAS has led me astray.

Beautiful basses! Really Love the flame topped LG!

Thank you!
I found it on Reverb a year or so ago. I was told that Keith made it for a wood supplier in Washington that didn’t play bass. That gentleman sold it to the guy I bought it from.
Besides the striking flame top, the carving on the top is a bit deeper than my other LG’s and even though it is a 34” scale bass, it is shorter than my other LG 4 string. The neck is set into the body deeper.

Kudos on the great specs. That Mahogany body sustains like crazy.

I really believe that a Mahogany body on a bass is the cats meow!! The Koa I bought from Joe had a Mahogany body and it was well liked for its sound. I have an MTD with a Mahogany body and it's one of my favorites. My current build has a Mahogany body and I'm hoping the best from it.
