Roscoe Special Order For CliffD

Do not do as I did. My second Roscoe I chased the brown truck down! Give me my baby.....please.My first, I did not wait for the brown truck I picked it up at the hub.My last one went to see my favorite store and pusher (Greg)!!! Next one.....the day she is finished I plan to be drinking beer with the Gardfather!!!
 
I feel like I have a bass I can grow old with, my bass is absolutely incredible. Thank you to Keith and the whole Roscoe crew for making such an amazing instrument. Pics and clips to come! Back to playing!

Cliff sir, you are a lucky man, that beast is pure class, man, most people would never even dream of owning something like this...

As for nickles, if you're liking them D'Addarios, you should try out some Dunlops, or the severly sweet SIT's that Greg uses, I have a set from last November that still sound insane.
 
A few initial observations:
-I love the aggie pre much more than the bart, with the balance centered, mids flat and the bass and treble boosted slightly I get a killer sound! I was kind of meh on the Bart pre that was on the standard Greg lent me.
-The 19mm spacing is amazing, it's not that much of a difference physically from the standard spacing but it's a huge difference in feel for both hands, definitely worth the extra charge.
-I think the neck is the thin version, or it might be as fat as the guys at Roscoe will go with a wide 6er neck but DAMN, it is easy peasy to play!
