Double Bass Rounded flathead Kay replacement screws

Does anyone have the hookup on replacement screws for our old Kays? I found a replacement for the tuner at the HW store - rounded and everything - but it's Phillips head. Not a big deal, but I'm going OCD on this bass and want it 100%. It's also missing one of the screws for tuner headstock plate that'd I'd love to replace. Willing to pay big bucks if anyone is willing to pull these two screws off a parts bass for me... Thanks!

try McMaster-Carr. They have a hug assortment of screws and bolts.

Has anybody found an exact replacement for the Kay screws? Mine are discolored and don’t really look like chrome anymore.
