RUSH-Geddy Lee Rickenbacker 4080/12

When I was 14 or 15 or whatever I saw them on the Hemispheres tour. Fricking awesome and still remember the double necks. That was back in the flowing robe days. I also saw them on the Permanent Waves tour and I am pretty sure they were still using the double necks.

FYI back in the day Rush had a reputation for being a loud band. The Hemispheres show still stands out in my mind as to how loud it was. Wowzers.

On one of those tours they actually OPENED the show with 2112. Classic and ballsy.

Playmobil?

You know you went to one epic-ass show if you remember it 30 some years later for how loud it was. Wish I would have been around to see some classic Rush! :bassist:

Was my first time seeing them (Hemispheres) and they were everything I expected and wanted them to be.Also back in the day when there was no such thing as a suspended array. Just stacks and stacks of speakers on each side of the stage and a massive backline. I can't remember if I saw Metallica back in the day (after Cliff) but I sure the heck know I saw RUSH. A few times. :bassist:
