What you need to do is find yourself the half bin folded 18s that match the F800B.
Whether its the BWs or not, Peaveys and 18s are a great match. I think its wrong no one uses them anymore really. NO, let's stuff a couple 8" speakers in a bass cab, that's totally more manly than a speaker twice the size. 18s are a mans speaker.

Welcome! I wish i could offer some advice other than be persistent. You might get lucky, we found our drummer on craigslist, first guy that responded was a perfect fit.
You could also try hanging some flyers at record stores out music shops.

My advice would be maybe lay off on the thesis paper in ad form, I normally have the same problem when making an ad on craigslist. I put way to much info in them, scare people off before they even try to contact me. Have enough to draw them in and to make contact with you, them give them the more particulars.

Well I realized soon I had no means of protection and knew not even a name... While that wouldn't be terrible she also was not on BC so meh just a funny story now...

Lol that might be one of the best posts in these threads.
Don't necessarily agree our new friends CL ad is too wordy. I think it's perfect. He's looking for someone on the same wavelength as himself. If theres a drummer out there searching ads for words like sludge and doom but he can't take the 30 seconds to read the ad, he's probably not his guy IMO. Only other advice I can give is try to go to local shows and make some friends. That and just keep trying with CL. I've had some horrible experiences but it has also played a part in forming almost every band I've been involved with including Supervoid which has been my most successful band to date.
