Sadowsky Modern 4 -24

From the pics it looks as if the pups on these two basses are placed differently. Am I right?

Good eye you've got. They are the same locationb ut Sadowsky routed out a bit more to
accomodate the soapbars when those pups replaced the Nordies.

+1, especially that fingerboard. Congrats!

What are you going to do if your house is burning? Not enough hands for so many great basses. :D

I am f'd if that happens. The Sierras already had two wildfires, one 10mi from my home. I started
a thread in Off Topic on it a few weeks ago:http://www.talkbass.com/forum/showthread.php?t=430051 :crying:

Are they going to offer a 5-string version of this bass? Seems the pic on the site with the 24 with the control plate and pickguard is just whats im looking for, exept if it were a five. This new design solves the problem of the neck pup being to close the the neck, ala putting jj's on a modern 24. Im slighty irritated, i just placed an order for a modern 24-5 with jj's here recently............

 They have made the Modern 5-24 like this for years, if not more than a decade.
