Sadowsky or Atelier Z? Need opinions!

Hey TBers!

Well, I've been saving up for awhile and now have the opportunity to purchase a nice bass for myself. I've been going back and forth of what kind of bass I should get. My choices have basically come down to 2... A Sadowsky or Atelier Z bass. Has anyone ever played both brands? What are you're guys thoughts on these specific basses?

I think Cheese went through this same debate not too long ago. His conclusion was...Lakland.

I have owned Sadowsky, Lakland, Valenti, Nordstrand. All fine instruments. There are a lot of choices now for Jazz style basses..........try as much as you can.........I would give Valenti a serious look though......a lot of bass and options for your money.

Don't forget about Bacchus. The handmade woodline series are freakin amazing for the money they cost. Mine is one of the top three best basses I've ever owned. I've heard the craft series is an amazing value as well.
