Sadowsky Preamp?

Im wondering abut the non-di version. if anyone has any sound clips or recomendations. im looking for an onboard preamp to outfit a jazz, possibly to pair with some nordstrand J4SE's.

before i have used a j-retro but id like something that doesnt color the tone so much even when set flat. however, the bass in question is being outfitted with gold hardware. so for this project im going to stay away from adure.

The Sadowsky turned all the way down sounds pretty much the same as passive. It is boost only and of course no mids. I like it in my Sadowsky bass just fine. But I don't have any descent sound clips.
