Sans Amp & Trace Pre amp

What would be the correct way to connect my Sans Amp in into my Trace pre-amp gp-12smx, would i connect my Bass into the SA DI and then the output of the SA into the input of my Trace with the Trace EQ set flat, or should i go into the efect sends of the Trace?

I would like to use the Sans amp for my over all tone.
