Ayers Guitar Official Apology to Mr. Chuck Moore
We made two custom ukuleles to customers but we do not carefully research the origin of the design we received. The Frog tree design and dragon design is Mr. Moore’s marvelous design and we apologize to him for improperly using them. Ayers will be more careful on checking the origin of the designs we use on custom models.
We appreciate your attention and opinions.

So...Chinese company gets busted & called out for making counterfeit ukulele designs, and now claims that Warwick stole something from them? Almost sounds like a poor preemptive excuse just in case they happen to make a counterfeit Warwick bass. "Oh no, he stole from us! We have a sign!"

Unless you're Lionel Hutz, scribbling a sign demanding money on a ripped piece of cardboard doesn't seem like a winning strategy to satisfy an alleged obligation.I took this pic when I was at Shanghai exhibition. The board in the pic says:Warwick Hans Peter is a cheater, pay us money back.. by ayers music.

For supposed artisans, you'd think they'd at least be able to make a NICE cardboard sign. They could have hired a hobo to make one and ended up with a better platform for their bullsh!t.
I'm confused...how is the uke design related to their beef with Warwick??? What IS their beef with Warwick?

Has warwick possibly nicked some ideas again(as has allegedly happened in the past) and made more money with them than the originator?
Maybe they built or helped build the Chinese Warwick line and didn't get paid??
