You know on keyboards or even guitar pro 4. You go under synth leads then lead 2 sawtooth. Thats what I'm talking about.
AH... so then it is like what Bongo mentioned.
Hmm... I'd start looking into bass synthesizer pedals. I know the EHX Bass Micro Synthesizer doesn't have a sawtooth synth option, but the Akai Deep Impact and a few others might.
Let me see what I can find.

To add to the list... I know the Korg G5 has a sawtooth wave option (if not a few), and I'm pretty sure the Akai Deep Impact does, too.
I don't know if any of the Digitech Bass Synth Wah's options offer a sawtooth wave sound - it doesn't say on the pedal.

The EHX BMS has the Square Wave fuzz slider...that gets you some really dirty grinding synth sounds.
I know the BSW can get some settings to sound really dirty, as you can twiddle the knobs to take the filter sweeps out, but leave the fuzz in, so you get some grindy sounds out of that unit too, not to mention it's very cheap, and the best tracking of an octaver for the price.

The only pedals (not counting things like the old Roland analog bass guitar controlled synths) that will have a sawtooth waveform are pedals that use DSP like the Boss SYB-3/5, Akai Deep Impact, Line 6 FM-4, or Korg G5. These pedals use the bass to trigger real synthesized waveforms rather than running the bass signal through octave/distortion/filter effects like the Ibanez, Boss, and EHX pedals do to create synth-like sounds. A a fuzzed out bass is not really the same sound as a pure square wave and a sawtooth is different from both of them as well.
just so you know...sawtooth waveforms are made by a series of ODD harmonics...
a good example of an acoustic instrument with a predominately sawtooth waveform is a saxaphone. Brass instruments such as trombone and trumpet also produce quite strong sawtooth content, especially when "over blown".
So is that the sort of sound you're looking for? A sort of "trombone" or "tuba" like quality?
