Schecter Model T bass question

I have a Schecter model T bass. Its a great bass with absolutely nothing wrong with it, but I have a real hankering to stick a Warmoth vintage tinted, birdseye maple P neck on it.

Anyone done this to a Schecter Model T? will it fit? Or are mods necessary?
