Schecter replacements

I'm new to this forum, so if someone has already asked this, I am deeply sorry.

I own a Schecter custom 4 bass, and I'm beginning to grow tired of the EMG-Hz pups that it comes with. What other brands or pickups would fit on this bass?

It depends on what you're looking for, but I find that Nordstrand Big Splits are fantastic pickups, hum cancelling, and are available in EMG size soapbar cases so they're a perfect fit.

Most major pickup makers have replacement pickups in EMG 40Hz shapes.

try changing the preamp . maybe an a bart or aggie 18 volt . Delano makes a nice 4 knob 3 band active passive preamp

well, the exact bass name is schecter diamond series custom 4. Are the pickups EMG 40hz or 35hz?

Four string gets the 35HZ

I put Basslines in my Stiletto, and sound great. Way cheaper than some of the other options listed above..

He'd need a 35, I make those too (as well as the 45).
