Search text box problem

Text box randomly closes while typing is in progress.

Same here , seems to happen to me only in the search box. Particularly afer 3 or 5 character and always with the spacebar.

This. 16K basic iPad 2.

When it happens to me, it is basically because I move the mouse cursor out of my way to type, and it rolls over another part of the page that has a popout, such as another menu item, etc and this causes the search box to close and that popup to open.

Edit: Sorry did not notice this was forum for the mobile app, but possibly related?

Same here. iPhone 4S with iOS 6.1
