I'm extremely happy with GR Bass one 350w@4ohm amp, for about a year now. They are making even smaller amp, which I suspect would sound the same. It's Italian. It will work with any speaker cab; I'm using homemade cabs, and the sound is awesome.

The Rumble 200 has an FX loop, right? That gives the option of buying two identical combo amps and daisy chaining them (a master and slave connection). The added bonus is that then you also have a backup amp. Might be a good option for others since the 112 cab is not available.I use a rumble 200. I love it. I have the matching 1 12 cabinet (no longer available) when it needs to be louder. I really like the sound.
Yes, it does have an effect loop. The 1 12 cab is hard to find now. They do pop up from time to time used. The Rumble 200 has an FX loop, right? That’s a big loss…hope you recover from it.
It’s easy for me to suggest the following since I do collect gear a little, but that said, an inexpensive amp that really works well for a piezo pickup on upright and for electric bass is the TC Electronic BAM200. It’s small enough to fit in your back pocket. Add your small bass cab de jour. Sounds great with a 1x10, 2x8, etc. Unfortunately there is no effects loop. I’ve bought the two I own as a b-stock and used at good discounts from new. The EQ section on the BAM is actually well suited for both upright and electric. Cheap and small enough to purchase as a backup for upright work and quiet electric gigs. Worth checking it out.
I run the BAM to a 4 or 8 ohm cab depending. I have a pair of Eden EX110 (the 10 is a whizzy design) and a TC Electronic 2x8.
I just bought the Bam 200 from Sweetwater as a backup. It has not arrived yet. Man that worries me that some have had issues. Sweetwater had a huge sale.
