Selling basses for others on TB?

Sirs, last year I unknowingly broke the rule concerning selling basses for a non member & was admonished. My ad was removed & I actually went and bought the bass is question so that I could adhere to TB rules. Now, I see numerous people openly doing the same thing & their ads stay up. I'm not sure I understand. Did TB rules change? These ads say right up front that the member is selling for a friend, so there's no doubt that it's going on. If the rules have changed I'd certainly like to know about it as that would open up a lot of opportunities.

no, the rules are still very clear that this is not allowed.

We rely on post reports to a great extent to capture rule breaking posts, it's just not feasible to read all posts made each day on TB.

If you see rule breaking posts, use the red triangle icon up top right to report and it will be dealt with.
