TOXIC CHEMICALS CAUSE LIGHT REFRACTION, BECAUSE WATER TOTALLY DOES NOT DO THAT AT ALL NATURALLY.
seriously, who let that person near a video camera?
I'm actually getting tired of hearing about it. 99% of people given the chance will sign a record contract including those that always complain about "selling out"
If you can honestly say that you would rather never make it than sell out, then I'm going to call you full of $%^&.
given the chance id sign with dischord or alternative tentacles or some independant label........maybe
but i couldnt deal with a producer telling me what to play, and the day i change my music to make more money is the day i put down the bass
Tool, obviously, is quite an artistic band. If they released an album of radio-friendly pop rock songs, sure I'd be disappointed.

Wat defines this for you?
recently Ive been seeing more and more bands doing things only for the money
like record store day and the like
also bands having ticket prices like 300 bucks.......which is just greed if u ask me
Also I hate when bands like Anti-Flag, who comprised much of my early punk listenings having censored cd's in walmarts....it really just rips out the emotion you have for the music and the band.
So what do u think makes/defines a band selling out AND/OR what band broke your heart the most?
Step 1: Know your audience.
Step 2: Don't do that.
This isn't my response to the content of your post, but rather the concept of what you are posting here. Just searching for this phrase will clearly show the gong show that ALWAYS ensues...You wanna talk about this stuff, ask your buddy at the mall, bringing it here doesn't end well.
The acceptance of this term and it's connotations tend to be within a pretty select group, so bringing it up here, where punks/metalheads are vastly outnumbered, is going to result in the obvious mockery.
tldr; Bad idea for thread. Delete this and go post it in a Gogel Bordello OT forum, you'll look like less of a tool.
