Honda Element, hands down. I've been in every single one of the vehicles mentioned here (the "Element wanna-be" Scion xB will fit IN my Element!), and by far, I have more room in my Element than ANY of the vehicles so far mentioned. I was amazed at how LITTLE room I had in the driver's seat in the Tahoe! I felt claustrophobic until I got back in my E.
(For the record, I was shopping for an SUV for my fiancee, and we ended up with the Honda Pilot, just worked better for our needs than anything else, and it's a Honda, so...I KNOW it'll be running for as long as I want it to be. I didn't just buy her an Element because we need to get at least 5 people in one vehicle from time to time, and the E is a 4 seater only. Oh, both the E and Pilot also have better legroom than the Tahoe!)
Sakes alive...this is just scary (me and Gard thinking alike that is
).I 2nd the Element. INCREDIBLE vehicle. I also own a '04 Z71 Suburban, and minus all the fancy accoutrements, the Element beats it hands down (Simple controls, MT, great 4WD system, huge amounts of room and versatility, reliability, coolness factor). If it wasn't for towing capacity, the occassional need to have our 3 kids, wife, and pull the wakeboard boat, I'd have 2....
