I do not know of any of these in particular. But owning a few pedals I can vouch for the quality and tone. And in dealing with Max designing and ordering a custom, I can say you will not be disappointed. I'd try to put some demos up but I have limited recording gear and little time for it. I'll try to do a decent one once my custom dragon arrives. I will be putting my current Red dragon on the market shortly.

Thanks for the input! After reading alot on TB about [sfx] I am not a bit worried about build or sound quality, it is more about whether the sound is what suits my preferences or not. The first clip of the Micro Fuzz on the [sfx] homepage is what I'm looking for for the Micro Red Dragon. It seems to go through the complete range of the pedal. What I seen so far of the Micro Red Dragon is a few examples which demonstrates a single setting.

what freq is it set on? is it meant to keep "old school" -tone through hi-fi or what?

whoa. i think i should get this to use after my effects (/w a regular mThumpinator as the first thing after my passive bass). I don't know if I would need it, but i love my mThumpinator and have been thinking about getting a good DI.

Got my custom "Dual Ultra Red Dragon" pedal! It would be a waste of time to do a review, being that is it based off the best sounding overdrive pedal out there, built by a top shelf pedal maker, and to my exact specs. So I did a couple short demos. Already just posted one on YouTube. My channel is watsontbass. I will do more with different instruments in the future.

Based on the micro red dragon, it has
• 5 MegOhm input, always buffered, even in bypass
• 2 channels
• ultra tone control
• mid switch 1k boost/flat/800hz cut
