no, 2006 released in japan only, 3 colors from a caribbean beach series. coral pink and caribbean blue and canary yellow. i'm looking for yellow right now

I picked this one up yesterday. This group had some interesting posts that kept me rolling during the research phase and while I waited for her to arrive. She's in need of some TLC, but very playable. I'm excited about the work to come. Are there still numbers to be had?

The more I play my Eb-3, the more I find that the other basses I have just don't have that mojo...the one, its just so thick and massive... I was even debating selling some basses lol. I'd regret it later, though. Might have to get another one... in black this time.

Just picked up a well used Epi EB0 1999 Korean in good condition. I'm wondering if the pickups on those are any different than some of the Chinese or Indonesian newer models? Reason for my question... not able to do an a and b comparison but from what I remember having owned a couple of newer models in the past is that their sound was as it's called "woofy" where the Korean model seems to have more "boom", more punch with very deep lows. Again, I don't have a current one to do a comparison with and this can all be placebo but I'm wondering if anyone experienced this or were able to do an a vs b comparison?

I've never seen one of those! That's pretty cool and unique. Are those humbuckers with coil taps, and is it full scale?

I have a have a 2001 korean eb0 and cant really tell difference sound wise from what i remember of it stock. Mine did have stock 17 year old dead roundwounds (now tapes) so also harder to tell when compared to new strings. One chinese neck felt really sticky and another felt smooth is main thing i noticed when trying new ones to compare amps.

It's been a few years since I owned one of these and just happened to run into a used one at a decent price. The difference could simply be cabinet placement or just plain getting old and forgetting stuff.
