This will help with dexterity, and your knowledge of the fretboard. Highly recommended!
I don't have it written down, but 2-octave scales and arpeggios in all keys and hand positions is the best way to learn the fingerboard IMO. For arpeggios (M7, 6, 7, m7, half-dim7, dim7) I do all the inversions up and down for a given key, e.g. 1-3-5-7, 3-5-7-1', 5-7-1'-3', 7-1'-3'-5', 1'-3'-5'-7', 7'-5'-3'-1', 5'-3'-1'-7, 3'-1'-7-5, 1'-7-5-3, 7-5-3-1.
The neat think about a 6 is you can do two octaves without shifting, and geometry of the repeating patterns becomes more obvious than on a 4 or 5

I simply run all the same stuff I would ordinarily do, but with a bias toward single position playing. When you have two entire octaves available with only one shift/reach, it makes sense to use that advantage. Rare is the tune that requires more than two octaves on bass.
No, I'm not going to play "Stump the chump", lol but seriously I think some Trombone etudes would be of interest in terms of range as well as being music not designed for bass players, and not being particularly idiomatic for bass players (at least by intention) would make that music perhaps challenging.
I made this arrangement many years ago.
The chord melody thing is underrated on six stirng tbh. this arrangement is very playable, but also so effective as a nice little 1.5 minute solo tune.

Set up a diatonic chord progression in iReal Pro, set it to repeat and change keys, and play varieties of modal scales over the chords. Start on different modes, start on the C-string and descend, play arpeggios, skip strings, etc. etc.

Chromatic Fantasy. Jaco made it popular, but Jaco only had 4 strings. Use Bach transcription, not Jaco.
I take chord charts and create etudes based on that. Usually I’ll start an intro in 2 feel, improvise a chorus and play an outro chorus.
I just made the commitment to move up to 6 from 5 and this has helped tremendously.
