Should have checked forums before ordering :(

I have a small looper ordered now .... I think I prob screwed up ordering from him again .... I though maybe Aaron had got his sh*t together since the last time I ordered.
It has been a week & zero email response of any kind. I'll give it another week. then I'm cancelling. He is one of the worst business communicators I have seen ...as in a total lack of!

Tomorrow it's 9 weeks and counting for my 2-4 week build ... I'm sure it will be delivered eventually but I must admit I'm getting a bit antsy.

Luckily it's not a pedal I really need, it's an indulgence and a toy, but I fear I'll have forgotten what ideas I had for it before it arrives.
... ... ... :dead:

Good luck cancelling unless you used PayPal, and can get it in before whatever time limit they have it. I payed with a credit card, and after a long time with no communication, I tried cancelling my order for two solid weeks on every platform they had to try to reach them on, when they finally sent me a shipping notice. It sounds like they have gotten worse lately, so I hope you guys get what you ordered.
I swore off of them after that experience.

Yeah if you MUST order from them, go through PayPal. That's the only thing that got a response from him; a paypal dispute :rollno:

Thanks for the business but lol,..I want to get one thing straight; anyone is always more than welcome to email me at [email protected]. The FAQ is just that. "Frequently Answered Questions" :D

Yep! I emailed him(Loopmaster), he emailed me back the next day. I asked a couple of questions and they were answered very promptly and very courteously. I feel like I was treated very well. I'd recommend Loopmaster any day.

Sandblasting, acid-dipping, ultra-sharp blades, band-saws at lumber mills, concrete shoes, 13-knots...

OH Wait! You were talking about what to do to the pedals... :bag:

Sorry.

Well, I still like googly eyes... :wacky: ... proper ones. But, Yeah, If someone gave me a free Nose job I'd change the graphic straight away.

Will's got to wait out the build, then the wait for delivery what with being halfway 'round the world... I guess FretNoMore is also halfway 'round, but t'other direction...

Good luck getting your pedals guys. Maybe team up and just buy the company as previously suggested.

Just ordered one of these a couple days back and I'm pumped to finish my board with it!

As such, I'll be sure to email you every few days complaining that I never got any correspondence after order confirmation and that it's taking too long. You'll reply immediately right?!

What did you order? I just ordered a simple 2 channel bypass looper. I got one from Loop-masters in a couple of days!
Mine is a slightly modified feedback looper, so it would be a "2-4 weeks" custom order.

Loop-masters is a bigger company I guess, so they probably have products in stock whereas Nose likely builds everything to order. And apparently there is quite a backlog.

EDIT: It's unlikely I'll ever order anything again, I'm quite impatient once I decide to buy a new toy and this long delay is not acceptable.

I believe Loopmaster is the same way, nothing in stock-everything is built to order. In the FAQ section on their site it, basically, states that the lead time is 6-8 weeks. probably more if you order something custom...

My order wasn't truly "custom", per se. I ordered a 7-loop switcher with an "always on" tuner out and an ABY box with an "always on" tuner out. I expect it to take 8 weeks, if it takes less, I'll be a very happy bassist...;)

I bought their stock 3 channel bypass looper and it took over three months.

To be honest, it sounds like they have got worse and not better, so best of luck to you guys. I would start blowing up their FB feed if it is really bothering you. Either they will see it and delete it (but will have to at least read it), or they aren't even checking that anymore and it will serve as a warning to others looking.
