I don't think he's a bad guy or trying to scam anyone, it's just that communication is poor and the delivery times are unrealistic. He will deliver, just be prepared to wait a really long time.

He is trying to be a smart ass. Sends links from his website to bad review threads on thegearpage and blogs with a sarcastic tone. Very aware of his reputation, still lies about the "2-4 weeks" turnaround, intentionally blocks clients on social media, and takes people money anyway. That is being a bad guy in the eCommerce world.
Not from him I don't. I want a refund. I have several other companies that have offered to build it for me now. I've told him to send me a paid USPS ticket and let me ship it back to him, then refund my $. He has neglected to respond.
I should probably add that I completely tore him a new one in my final email to him. No cussing, no name calling or anything of the sort. He's probably sacred to answer me now.

I have started a facebook group called "Nosepedal.com ripped me off". I humbly ask that anyone that had a bad time with Nose share your story there. If he can gain customers through facebook, then I believe that they should be warned there as well.
Be as complete as possible in your accounts. Please include complete email chains if you can.
I'm headed out to vacation in about 30 seconds but I'll be checking to see if anyone joins. I'll share my story when I return.

I don't feel I've been "ripped off ". I got what I ordered, albeit with a much longer delivery time than I expected.
