Should have checked forums before ordering :(

I'm guessing there just won't be an answer, I tried cancelling my order for 2 or 3 weeks and couldn't get in touch with anyone (in any way).

Did you use PayPal. They elongated their dispute time recently. I'm not sure what it is, but maybe you could hit them with that.

I just remembered i use my credit card to pay instead of paypal LOL!! Now I am just praying that they will build the pedal and ship the pedal, dont care whether it takes half a year for them to fulfill my order.

FYI, i think they use a software called quickbooks.com and send the invoice electronically to me. I am pretty sure i wanted to pay using paypal but there is no option for paypal, i could be wrong though...

You have a lot of protection witth a credit card. Not as much with debit IIRC. With either, if it hasn't cleared yet, you may be able to cancel. If you can and do cancel, you may hhave to and should if norequired, notify the seller in writing. Cc: Attorney usually stops any restance from any seller. If you don't have one, look one up :D

My feedback looper arrived today and it's looking fine both on the outside and the inside. Good build quality, tidy wiring and soldering, silicone gobs over solder points. Two jacks don't have grounding wires, this may or may not be by design and is no issue anyway since the jacks are in contact with the enclosure. Credit where credit is due - what I ordered was built to spec with good quality and delivered with adequate packaging.

However - and this is more about me and my impatience than anything else - while waiting way longer than expected I've lost interest a bit. I don't quite remember what ideas I had for the pedal ... I guess I'll put it on a shelf and maybe it will come back to me in a while.

I'm still dealing with this guy and $350 worth of custom looper That he was supposed to build me. "2-4 weeks on custom pedals"... hahahaha. It was 3 months+ for me. He sent me a video of it "working" without any audio passing through it. When I got it, it didn't even pass signal properly in it's all off state. The lights and LED dimmer worked though :(
Ps. He no longer accepts paypal. Everything goes through Quickbooks now I think. No way to get around his crap anymore I think.

Wow! With all of his disclaimers and suddenly not taking PayPal, I would never do business with that. He is specifically trying to screw people now, and doesn't want PayPal taking their money back.

What a bad person.

Bro, if you get conned out of $350, I'm spamming their Instagram post with negative (but true) comments until they pay attention. That's just wrong. Do you even want the product anymore?
