Your English is awesome! In fact, it's better than most of the semi-literate Americans on the internet.PS. Sorry for my bad english.
OP may be referring to the missing inlays.2: Why would it be? The one in the catalog isn't.
Loldefinitely not. no.
The only good thing about this bass is that you can't see a reflection of the naked guy taking the pictures of it.
Hello everyone! I just found this Ibanez prestige for sale. View attachment 3276089 View attachment 3276090 View attachment 3276091 View attachment 3276092 View attachment 3276093
It is from the 1997 catalog.

So my questions are: 1) As the years go by, do the pickups need to be replaced? I did not play the bass yet but it looks in "ok" condition. 2) Shouldn't the neck be stripped? (With lines...) 3) What should i look for when i get a bass, of that age, on my hands for test? 4) What is a good price for a bass like that? He is selling it for 600 euros.
PS. Sorry for my bad english.
New, its more than twice the price. If he wants to check it out, and everything works fine on it, it's a decent price. This made me laugh.
The bass is overpriced, and not well kept. I would pass.

Edit: Starter price that is. Anyone who can't talk thier way down, is just dumb. Everyone posts a starter price. As in, what you hope will be high enough to not break you, but low enough for people to still click on it. Then it's your job to get it down to what they will take. Everything has a "will take" price.
Don't buy it. Damage on fret board between 2nd & 3rd fret where the 3rd string was. By the way, where is the 3rd string? 600 euros? That is about $687 us dollars. Way too much. You can get a new LTD B205, shipped to you for less.
