It might be a project bass. But not at that price. No more than 450 US in my opinion. And that is only if the truss rod is good. Other issues can be addressed at the right price. Pickups should be fine. Preamp maybe not. I’d like to see the inside of that cavity. I’d call it a definite maybe. But if he won’t budge on that price I’d pass. It needs a lot of work.

HARD pass. A buck’ll get you ten that bass was in a shed/attic/garage/basement/torture chamber. I promise you’ll find something that doesn’t suck for considerably less.
It looks like it’s had a bit of a tough life. The truss rod cover is missing, the tuner situation, and a chunk out of the top of the headstock. Could the tuners have been damaged in the incident that knocked a chunk out of the headstock?. Where’s the 9th fret marker?. Unless you’re in a remote part of Portugal or Greece or something you’re best bet is to move on and keep looking.
Just echoing the reasons why you shouldn’t buy this bass.
(1) It’s a 5 String missing one string. Why?
(2) Missing truss rod cover means someone has been messing in there and if they didn’t put the cover back on they likely couldn’t make the attempted adjustment or the truss rod is shot. This is a major Red Flag.
(3) Either 1 odd tuner or 4 odd tuners.
(4) 4 knobs that match, one that doesn’t.
Unless you like to take chances with your money and gamble, I would say forget this one.

Nothing about this bass says “Buy me!” Run, don’t walk away from this catastrophe. Way too many issues that suggest a dodgy deal.

New, its more than twice the price. If he wants to check it out, and everything works fine on it, it's a decent price.This made me laugh.
The bass is overpriced, and not well kept. I would pass.
Edit: Starter price that is. Anyone who can't talk thier way down, is just dumb. Everyone posts a starter price. As in, what you hope will be high enough to not break you, but low enough for people to still click on it. Then it's your job to get it down to what they will take. Everything has a "will take" price.

I think what everyone is saying is given the issues and the appearance of this bass it’s overpriced.
It's missing the inlay, which are oval on soundgears. Not sure what would happen to cause an inlay to be removed.
I wouldn't purchase it. 600 EUR is too much for the condition.
I find it strange that someone would try to over-charge for a 5-string bass missing the A string and four tuners which-for whatever reason-were replaced!
